From the moment Jonathan and his colleague arrived to quote for the re-tiling job, I was both impressed and reassured by the amount of detailed explanation that was given for the work that was needed. His team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process and, even when extra repairs were identified (after the original tiles had been removed), I had no problem with its approval, due to the complete transparency with which Jonathan explained the situation (backed up by photos). The level of communication was superb and, even when we had overnight snow and the work was held up for a day, Jonathan explained what needed to be done to ensure there was no damage and sent a member of his team around to clear away any snow that was laying, before providing extra protection in case there was further snow falls. We now have a great new roof on the house at a great price, even with the extra work, and I would have no problem whatsoever in using this company again and recommending them to anyone.
